Engaged in some physical activity this weekend and am slightly sore in my arms but nothing beats the pain I have in my upper back from being a stay-in-bed lady. I need to get myself a massage to work out the alien knots that have formed in my “muscles.” Seeing as I thought I was nothing but skin, bones, and fat, it’s perplexing to feel pain in muscles I did not know existed. If anyone has tips on how to be lazy pain-free, please advise.
